M2M Master Plan Community

Community Profile

Situated along Yonge St a short distance north of Finch Avenue, M2M is a new master-planned community in North York that is planned to include four high-rise towers. The project’s first phase, known as M2M Condos, will rise to a height of 34 storeys and include 810 residential units. It is scheduled to be completed in 2022. The release of M2m Condos was followed by those of T1 at M2M and the M2M Squared Condos. Project developer Aouyan International has a proven track record, and maintains a worldwide presence. They have brought their considerable expertise to bear in this highly successful project. Upon its completion, the M2M community will boast an extensive array of amenities, including:

The Neighborhood & Its Features

M2M is located in the Newtonbrook neighborhood of North York. Yonge St serves as the area’s main thoroughfare, and is lined with a diverse array of shops & restaurants throughout its length. To the south, the bustling North York City Centre area is one of the GTA’s largest employment centres, and is also home to an array of shopping malls and Mel Lastman Square. Grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Metro, Longo’s, Galleria and an array of independent grocers all have locations nearby. Finch subway station is also a short walk to the south, and features a large GO Transit and York Region Transit bus terminal in addition to TTC services. From there, a huge swathe of the region is accessible via a one-seat transit ride.
