A Journey in Sales and Leadership
My career in sales began in 1980, where my role at a heavy equipment distributor’s parts counter was only the beginning.
Between 1986 and 1992, I embraced entrepreneurship, owning a business that distributed heavy equipment filtration parts. With the closure of this business, I pivoted towards my burgeoning interest in real estate, joining the Ontario Real Estate Association. My foray into the industry was marked by immediate success, selling re-sale properties in Etobicoke and Mississauga and engaging in land assembly for infill development.
The enactment of the Places to Grow Act in 2009 ignited my passion for pre-construction development. In partnership with Robert Nardi, 2010 marked the inception of VIP Condos Toronto. Under this leadership, the firm has grown into a beacon of pre-construction development serving the Toronto area and the surrounding GTA.
My dedication to the craft has not gone unnoticed. Since 2015, VIP Condos Toronto has been recognized among the top 50 real estate teams in Canada within the RE/MAX organization, a reflection of the unwavering commitment to sales excellence and client satisfaction over a span of 40 years.
I am not only well-versed in New Construction Real Estate and Re-Sale Real Estate, but I also possess significant expertise in infill Land Development and Investment Real Estate. My ability to communicate in both English and Italian have enabled me to establish a strong rapport with a diverse client base, making me a sought-after expert in Toronto’s dynamic real estate market.
