Create an Email Campaign
Email Campaigns supports starting from scratch, using a template, or generating a draft with AI when available.
Where to find it: Admin → Communications → Email Campaigns
What to do
- Choose the starting path that matches the content you have.
- Write a clear subject and preheader, then build the message sections.
- Preview links, images, mobile layout, sender, and footer.
- Choose the audience and review the final recipient count.
- Send a test, then send now or schedule for later.
Good to know
- A generated draft still requires human review.
- Only send to people you are allowed to contact; suppression and consent rules continue to apply.
