SMS is available when your account has the required phone setup and your user has access to a number.

Where to find it: Admin → Communications → Inbox

What to do

  1. Open the contact conversation in Inbox.
  2. Select the SMS channel and confirm the destination number.
  3. Write a concise message and send.
  4. Review replies in the same conversation.
  5. Respect consent, quiet hours, and opt-out instructions.

Good to know

  • Long messages and some characters can use more than one SMS segment.
  • Never continue marketing texts after a valid opt-out.
