Register once and you can browse featured pre-construction projects directly, without filling in a form for each one:

Pricing and price lists as builders issue them

The resale side of the portal is a live MLS® feed, not a filtered subset:
Virtually all active MLS® resale listings across Toronto and the GTA — condos, homes, townhomes, investment properties, assignments and rentals
Sold and leased data — historical sold prices, comparable sales, listing history and price movements
Market trends by neighbourhood and building
Sold and leased pages are the part that genuinely requires an account. Logged-out visitors cannot see sold data anywhere on the site, and that is usually the number that decides whether a purchase makes sense.
