Set Up Voicemail and Call Handling

Calling settings control the options available when a call is not answered and the voicemail tools offered to your user.

Where to find it: Admin → Settings → Phone or Calling

What to do

1. Review the number and user assignment.
2. Record or upload the greeting using the controls shown.
3. Set the available missed-call or forwarding behaviour.
4. Call the number from another phone and let it reach voicemail.
5. Confirm the message and notification appear where expected.

Good to know

• Use a greeting that identifies the business and sets a realistic response expectation.
• Test again after changing a number assignment.
