Upload a Useful Error Screenshot
A useful screenshot includes the complete error, field labels, and enough of the page to identify the workflow.
Where to find it: Admin → Help
What to do
- Include the full message and the page heading.
- Keep the relevant fields visible, but hide personal or secret values.
- Upload one screenshot per step when the flow spans multiple screens.
- Describe what you expected and what happened.
Good to know
- Never include passwords, secret keys, recovery codes, payment card numbers, private client documents, or unrelated contact details.
- For DNS, public record values are usually useful; account credentials are not.
