Real Estate Market Watch: Residential Transactions
- 9,017 residential home transactions took place in November 2021, up from 8,728 in November 2020 - an increase of 3.3%.
- When seasonal adjustments are taken into account, there was a 2.5% decrease in the number of purchases from October 2021 (9,752) to November 2021 (9,508).
November 2021 Real Estate News: Average Selling Prices
- The average sale price for November 2021 was $1,163,323. This is an increase of 21.7% over November 2020, when it was $955,889.
- With seasonal adjustments, prices saw a 2.5% increase from October 2021 (from $1,143,855 to $1,172,091).
Monthly Market Update: New Listings
- There were 10,036 listings available for November 2021, which is a 13.2% decrease from November 2020 (when there were 11,556).
- The sales-to-listings ratio has increased by 14% from October 2020, from 76% to 90%.
Real Estate Market Watch for November 2021: Days On The Market
- The average property spent 18 days on the market, compared to 28 last year - a decrease of 35.7%.
- Listings spent an average of 13 days on the market, which is a 31.6% decrease from this month last year (when they spent an average of 19).
