Real Estate Market Watch: Residential Transactions
- 5,010 residential home transactions took place in November 2025, down from 5,947 in November 2024 - a decrease of 15.8%.
- When seasonal adjustments (the ways that the time of year affects market trends) are taken into account, there was a 0.6% decrease in the number of purchases from October 2025 (5,654) to November 2025 (5,620).
November 2025 Real Estate News: Average Selling Prices
- The average sale price for November 2025 was $1,039,458. This is a decrease of 6.4% from November 2024, when it was $1,110,415.
- The average price for homes in the Greater Toronto Area saw a 0.6% increase from October 2025 to November 2025 (from $1,046,162 to $1,052,204).
Monthly Market Update: New Listings
- There were 11,134 listings available for November 2025, which is a 4% decrease from November 2024 (when there were 11,602).
- The sales-to-listings ratio has decreased by 6% from November 2024, from 51% to 45%.
Real Estate Market Watch for November 2025: Days On The Market
- The average property spent 56 days on the market, compared to 48 last year - an increase of 16.3%.
- Listings spent an average of 34 days on the market, which is a 9.7% increase from this month last year (when they spent 31).
